Indonesian-Style Tahu Campur
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of tofu
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 5 small red chilies
- 2 cloves garlic
- Cabbage, finely shredded
- Celery leaves, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Palm sugar, to taste
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
- Warm water
- Fried shallots, for garnish

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until golden brown. Be sure not to over-fry them; they should remain soft inside. Once done, drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

- Let the peanuts cool slightly, then blend or grind them together with the red chilies, garlic, salt, and palm sugar until smooth.
