Ingredients
- 350 grams beef, thinly sliced
Marinade Ingredients (Combine):
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered broth

Prepare the Beef: To make slicing the beef as thin as possible, place the beef in the freezer until it is semi-frozen. Then, using a sharp knife, slice the beef into thin strips.

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, water, granulated sugar, honey, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onion, black pepper, and powdered broth. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cook the Beef: Heat a non-stick pan over high heat until it is very hot. Add the marinated beef along with all the marinade into the pan. Cook the beef, flipping occasionally, until it is fully cooked, tender, and the marinade has evaporated.
