- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- Sweet soy sauce to taste
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin (substituted with sweet or lime juice)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 clove of onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Tips:
To easily slice the beef thinly, freeze it beforehand.

- Thinly slice the beef.
- Marinate the beef with all the ingredients listed under “Marinade (Bahan A).” Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour or at least 30 minutes.
