After the resting period, knead the dough again for a minute or two. Divide the dough into walnut-sized portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball. -

Lightly flour your rolling surface and rolling pin. Take one dough ball, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a thin circle, similar in thickness to a chapati. Repeat with the remaining dough balls. -
