Beef Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef short ribs
- 1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric
- 3 large red chilies
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 packet instant coconut milk
- Bay leaves
- Lemongrass
- Salt, palm sugar, and seasoning to taste

Begin by boiling the beef short ribs until they are slightly tender. Once cooked, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and discard the cooking water.

In a fresh pot of water, add the chopped beef pieces and bring it to a boil.

While the beef is cooking, prepare the spice paste. Blend together the turmeric, red chilies, shallots, and garlic until smooth.
