Tom Yum Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams beef ribs, pre-cooked and tenderized
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ready-made Tom Yum paste (Knorr)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 50 grams black fungus mushrooms
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots and garlic, sautéing until they become fragrant and golden.

  2. Carefully transfer the sautéed shallots and garlic into the pot containing the beef rib broth. Stir in the Tom Yum paste, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Allow the mixture to simmer gently over low heat, ensuring the flavors meld together and the aroma of the spices permeates the broth.

  3. Introduce the salt and bird’s eye chilies into the pot, stirring well to combine. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, allowing the chili heat to infuse into the soup.

  4. Remove the pot from heat and serve the Tom Yum beef ribs hot, garnished with additional herbs or chili if desired.

Enjoy this delightful and aromatic Tom Yum Beef Ribs, perfect for a comforting meal that brings a touch of Thai flavor to your table.
