Simple Tahu Telor Bumbu Bali Recipe

Ingredients

Firm tofu 4 pieces (cut in half)
Salam leaves 2 sheets
Kaffir lime leaves 4 sheets
Galangal 2-3 cm
Sweet soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Water As needed
Spices to blend
Shallots 5 cloves
Garlic 3 cloves
Curly red chilies 4 pieces
Bird’s eye chilies 10 pieces (to taste)
Tomato 1 piece
Candlenuts 2 pieces
Shrimp paste To taste

Instructions
