Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Butter
3 Eggs
2 cups Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8-10 Bananas (sliced)
1 container Cool Whip

Instructions:

  1. Combine Crumbs with Melted Butter: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.

  2. Pat into Bottom of Baking Dish: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish to form the crust.

  3. Chill in Fridge: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least one hour to set.

  4. Cream Butter, Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla: Using an electric mixer, beat together the butter, eggs, icing sugar, and vanilla extract for 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and resembles frosting.

  5. Spread Creamed Mixture over Crust: Once the mixture is creamy, spread it evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust in the baking dish.

  6. Layer Sliced Bananas: Arrange the sliced bananas in an even layer over the creamed mixture.

  7. Top with Cool Whip: Spread the Cool Whip over the sliced bananas, covering them completely.

  8. Chill Again: Return the assembled torte to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least four hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and the torte to set properly.

  9. Serve: Once chilled, cut the banana torte into squares and serve. Enjoy the creamy, banana-filled deliciousness!

This recipe yields a delightful dessert that’s perfect for any occasion, whether you’re entertaining guests or simply satisfying your sweet tooth. The combination of creamy filling, fresh bananas, and a buttery graham cracker crust creates a taste sensation that will keep you coming back for more. Try it out and savor every decadent bite!
