Stir-Fried Broccoli with Beef in Oyster Sauce and Quail Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1/4 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 pound of beef, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 5 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
