Ingredients

Dough:

  • 10 tablespoons high-protein flour (Cakra Kembar preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (Blue Band recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 75 ml hot water (from a dispenser)

Toppings:

  • 3 slices of beef burger patties (or your choice of meat)
  • 100 grams thinly sliced mozzarella cheese (Greenfields suggested)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (to taste)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

For Cooking:

  • 1/2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine all the dough ingredients: high-protein flour, margarine, vegetable oil, salt, baking soda, instant yeast, and hot water. Mix thoroughly.
    • Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef:

    • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Pan:

    • Grease the Teflon pan with margarine to prevent sticking.
    • Roll the rested dough into a thin circle, approximately the size of your pan. Prick the surface with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  4. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread a layer of tomato sauce and chili sauce evenly over the dough.
    • Distribute the cooked beef and sliced onions on top of the sauce.
    • Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cook the Pizza:

    • Place the pan on the stove over low heat. Cover with a lid and cook for about 25 minutes. The heat should be low enough to ensure that the pizza cooks thoroughly without burning.
    • Check occasionally to make sure the bottom of the crust does not over-brown.
  6. Serve:

    • Once the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden, remove the pizza from the pan.
    • Let it cool slightly before slicing into portions. Serve hot and enjoy!

This recipe brings the satisfaction of homemade pizza with the convenience of cooking in a Teflon pan, making it a great choice for any day of the week.
