Ingredients
Dough:
- 10 tablespoons high-protein flour (Cakra Kembar preferred)
- 1 tablespoon margarine (Blue Band recommended)

- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 75 ml hot water (from a dispenser)
Toppings:
- 3 slices of beef burger patties (or your choice of meat)
- 100 grams thinly sliced mozzarella cheese (Greenfields suggested)
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (to taste)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
For Cooking:
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dough ingredients: high-protein flour, margarine, vegetable oil, salt, baking soda, instant yeast, and hot water. Mix thoroughly.
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

- Grease the Teflon pan with margarine to prevent sticking.
