  2. Cook the Parwal:
    Next, add the parwal (pointed gourd) pieces to the pan. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and stir well. Let the parwal cook for a few minutes until it’s about half cooked. This step ensures the parwal becomes tender and absorbs the flavors of the mustard seeds.

  3. Add Potatoes:
