Streusel Topped Triple Berry Coffee Cake Recipe
Description
I combined two coffee cake recipes and modified things a bit to come up with this great little coffee cake. It has a wonderful fresh flavor, and the house smells fabulous while it is in the oven! I like it best while it’s still a bit warm.

Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
-
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate small bowl, mix the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
-
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients just until blended. Be careful not to overmix.
-
Layer the Dough: Spread half of the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
-
Add Berries: Top the dough layer with the mixed berries, spreading them out evenly.
