Ingredients:
- 100 grams ground beef
- 1/4 cup green beans, cut into long pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon black bean paste (taousi)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon beef or chicken bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of cornstarch. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

- Mince the garlic and black bean paste (taousi) if needed.
