  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, buttermilk, butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat at medium speed until creamy, scraping the bowl occasionally, for about 1-2 minutes.
