Instructions

  1. To start preparing the bresaola and cream cheese cones, first prepare the filling. Begin by finely chopping the chives on a cutting board.

  2. In a medium bowl, place the cream cheese and add freshly ground white pepper to taste.

  3. Add the chopped chives to the bowl, and using a spatula, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  4. Once the filling is ready, transfer it into a disposable piping bag fitted with a wide, smooth nozzle. To make this easier, use a spatula to push the mixture into the bag and move it toward the bottom.

  5. Now, move on to the bresaola. Lay the slices of bresaola flat on a cutting board. Begin to fold the edges inward, overlapping the slices to form a cone shape. The narrower end should be at the tip, with a wider opening at the other end of the cone.

  6. Carefully fill the cones with the cream cheese mixture from the piping bag.

  7. To finish, arrange a bed of fresh arugula on a serving platter and place the bresaola cones on top, ready to serve.
