- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
