Cauliflower Chutney Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Brown Bread
- 1/2 Cauliflower (gobi), grated (stem removed)
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
- Salt, as required
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
- Green Chutney (Coriander & Mint), as required
- Butter (Unsalted), as required
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the cauliflower filling. Grate the cauliflower finely and place it in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala powder to the grated cauliflower. Mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Take two slices of whole wheat bread and spread the green chutney (coriander & mint) on one side of each slice.
- Place a generous amount of the cauliflower stuffing on one slice of bread and top it with the second slice to form a sandwich.
- Heat some unsalted butter in a grill pan. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill it until both sides turn golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
