Ingredients:
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 sun-dried tomato, chopped
- 3 tablespoons asiago cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | Lightly spray a small baking dish with olive oil. |
2 | Spread half of the chopped tomato in the bottom of the baking dish. |
3 | Place the chicken cutlets on top of the chopped tomato in the dish. |
