These Quick Quesadillas are perfect for a quick lunch or snack, especially for busy days when you need something delicious and satisfying in a flash.

Ingredients:

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese (your choice of cheese)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). This ensures it’s ready to go once your quesadillas are assembled.

  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay one tortilla on a cookie sheet. Make sure the cookie sheet is large enough to fit the tortilla without folding or overlapping.

  3. Add the Cheese: Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla, ensuring you cover the entire surface. Be careful not to spill it out onto the cookie sheet.

  4. Layer with Second Tortilla: Carefully place the second tortilla over the cheese-covered one, creating a tortilla-cheese-tortilla sandwich.
