Baked Macaroni with Beef and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams macaroni
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 100 grams large shrimp
  • 300 ml mushroom sauce
  • 300 ml ready-made pasta sauce
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Aluminum foil (for baking dish)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Macaroni:
    Begin by boiling the macaroni in salted water with a splash of olive oil for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Ingredients:
    While the macaroni is cooking, heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Incorporate the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the large shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Season the mixture with oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Combine Sauces:
    Pour in the mushroom sauce and ready-made pasta sauce. Stir well to combine all the flavors and let it simmer for a few minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.

  4. Assemble the Dish:
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce mixture, stirring gently to coat the pasta evenly. Transfer the macaroni mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  5. Add Cheese and Bake:
    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Serve:
