Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- Seasoning salt, to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 package (about 8 oz) American cheese singles
- 2 cups cooked macaroni & cheese (prepared according to package directions)
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with seasoning salt to taste. Drain excess fat.

Prepare Mac & Cheese: While the beef is cooking, prepare the macaroni & cheese according to the directions on the box. Stir in the American cheese singles until melted.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked macaroni & cheese to the skillet with the ground beef. Mix well.
