Tumis Broccoli with Mushroom, Scrambled Egg, and Melted Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut and cleaned
- 5 white button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 chicken egg
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed and thinly sliced
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Kewpie Japanese soy sauce or regular soy sauce
- Cooking oil, as needed for sautéing
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Quickmelt Kraft cheese, grated, to taste

Blanch the Broccoli and Mushrooms:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the chopped and cleaned broccoli and mushrooms, blanching them briefly to ensure they are just cooked but still vibrant and fresh.
- Drain and immediately plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process and maintain their bright color. Set aside.

- In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat.
