Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded muenster cheese
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
- Prepare Cauliflower: Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and break it into florets.

- Combine Ingredients: In the bowl with the mashed cauliflower, add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, shredded muenster cheese, prepared mustard, mayonnaise, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
