Description:
A quick, easy, and cheap meal idea that came directly from the kitchen of a college student. This meal can be low-fat and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (8 ounces) egg noodles
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. |
2 | In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine cooked noodles, diced chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and water. |
3 | Mix until well combined. |
4 | Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture. |
5 | Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. |
