Description:

A quick, easy, and cheap meal idea that came directly from the kitchen of a college student. This meal can be low-fat and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package (8 ounces) egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Boil egg noodles according to package instructions.
2 In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine cooked noodles, diced chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and water.
3 Mix until well combined.
4 Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
5 Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6 Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Noodle Casserole!
