Ingredients:

  • 4 green peppers
  • 4 green pepper (chopped)
  • 3/4 onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup tortilla chips (crushed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Peppers:

    • Cut off the tops of the green peppers and remove the seeds.
    • Cook peppers in boiling, salted water to cover for 5 minutes; drain and set peppers aside.
