  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 sprigs Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Del Monte Cheesy Garlic Mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for cooking
  • For Garnish:
    • 1 Onion, julienned
    • 3 sprigs Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Batter:
In a mixing bowl, crack open the eggs and discard the shells. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Prepare the Dosa:
Heat a tava or griddle and smear 1 tablespoon of oil on it. Take a ladle full of the dosa batter and pour it onto the hot tava. Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin layer. When bubbles appear on the surface, lower the heat.

  3. Add Mayo and Egg:
Smear 2 tablespoons of Del Monte Cheesy Garlic Mayo evenly on top of the dosa. Then, pour the prepared egg mixture over the dosa, ensuring it covers the entire surface. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the dosa on low heat until the egg is fully cooked.

  4. Flip and Finish Cooking:
Once the egg is cooked through, carefully flip the dosa and cook it for a few more minutes until the egg is fully set.

  5. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the egg dosa from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Spread the remaining 2 tablespoons of Cheesy Garlic Mayo on top. Garnish with julienned onions and chopped coriander leaves. Serve your Egg Dosa with Cheesy Garlic Mayo as a delicious brunch alongside a bowl of fresh fruits and a cup of coffee.

Enjoy this mouthwatering South Indian breakfast that’s both flavorful and easy to make, perfect for a relaxed Sunday morning!
