Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup diced ham
Instructions:
