  1. Grate the Cheese: Begin by grating Britannia Cheezza cheese and set it aside.

  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, break the whole eggs and add the finely chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, and salt to taste. Whisk the mixture well and set it aside.

  3. Cook the Vegetables:

    • Heat oil in a preheated pan and add the finely chopped garlic and onion. Sauté until the onions become slightly caramelized.
    • Add the baby corn and red bell peppers to the pan. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and sauté on high heat until the vegetables are roasted and tender.
    • Stir in the Veeba Sweet Chilli Sauce and the chopped spring onion greens, and sauté for a few more seconds. Once done, remove the pan from heat.
