Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, brown the chopped onion and ground beef over high heat until fully cooked and onions are translucent.
