Bola-Bola Tahu Isi Sosis Keju

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Tahu putih 3 pieces
Tepung terigu 2 tablespoons
Tepung tapioka 1 tablespoon
Sosis 5 pieces
Keju 100 grams
Tepung panir 100 grams
Telur ayam 1 piece
Daun bawang 1 bunch
Bumbu Halus:
Bawang merah 3 cloves
Bawang putih 1 clove
Garam 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
Gula pasir ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Using a fork or your hands, mash the tofu until smooth and set aside.

  2. Make the Spice Paste: Blend together the red onion, garlic, salt, and sugar until finely ground.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, ground spices, all-purpose flour, tapioca flour, egg yolk, and chopped green onions until well incorporated.

  4. Form the Balls: Take a spoonful of the mixture, flatten it, and place a sausage and some grated cheese in the center (for extra meltiness, grate the cheese beforehand). Shape it into a ball.

  5. Coat the Balls: Dip each ball into the egg white, then roll it in breadcrumbs to create a crunchy exterior.

  6. Chill: Place the coated balls in the freezer for about 15 minutes to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well during frying.

  7. Fry to Perfection: Heat a generous amount of oil over medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Serve: Your Bola-Bola Tahu Isi Sosis Keju is now ready to be enjoyed—perfect for a tasty snack or appetizer!

Enjoy!

This delightful dish brings together the creamy texture of tofu with the savory goodness of sausage and cheese, making it an ultimate treat for any occasion.
