- Add chopped tomato; stir, cooking for about 5 minutes.

- Sprinkle on crushed crackers. Blend lightly. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Reduce Heat:
- Reduce heat.

- Break egg onto the mixture. Blend lightly until the egg begins to set.

Shape and Cheese:
- Shape into a flat mound. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and slip under the broiler until the cheese melts.
