Spicy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of spaghetti (I used La Fonte brand)
- 250 grams of chicken breast, diced
- 2 cooked sausages, sliced diagonally (I used So Nice brand)
- 6 pieces of wood ear mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
- 1 large onion, sliced lengthwise
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoons of chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 35 grams of cheese, grated (I used Kraft Cheddar Mini)
- 2 small chili peppers, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Margarine, for sautéing
Instructions:

Cook the Spaghetti:
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions or until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables:
- Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant and the onions become translucent.
- Add the diced chicken, sliced sausages, and wood ear mushrooms to the skillet. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add the Flavorings:
- Pour a small amount of water into the skillet to create a bit of sauce. Stir in the chili sauce, mayonnaise, sliced chili peppers, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

Combine with Spaghetti:
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce and the flavors are evenly distributed.
