Telor Kukus Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2-3 chicken or beef sausages
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 large onion
- 1 tomato
- Chopped green onions
- Cheese (your choice, such as sliced or shredded)
- 1 cup macaroni
- Sugar, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- Salt and mushroom bouillon powder, to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:

Prepare the Macaroni:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sausage and Vegetables:
- Dice the sausages, onion, and tomato into small pieces.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced sausages, onion, and tomato until the onions become translucent and the sausages are cooked through. Season with salt, mushroom bouillon powder, and a pinch of sugar to taste. Set aside once fragrant and cooked.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the chopped green onions. Add a generous amount of cheese to the mixture and stir well.

- Fold the sautéed sausage mixture and the cooked macaroni into the egg mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

- Grease a heatproof aluminum or oven-safe dish with butter to prevent sticking. If using sliced cheese, divide the egg mixture into three portions, layering slices of cheese between each portion.
