Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Idli dosa batter
- 4 tbsp Rice rava (grated rice)
- 1/3 cup Jaggery (grated)
- 3 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed)
- Oil (for greasing the pan)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the idli dosa batter, rice rava, jaggery, grated coconut, salt, and cardamom powder. Add a little water to mix everything well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and mix again.
- Heat a paniyaram pan and add a small amount of oil into each hole.
- Once the pan is hot, pour the batter into each hole and cover with a lid. Cook on low flame.
- Once one side is cooked, flip the paniyaram to cook the other side until both sides turn golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
- Serve Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram with masala chai or filter coffee for a delightful evening snack.
