Ingredients:

  1. Dissolve the Sugar:

    • In a saucepan, dissolve the caster sugar in 3 cups of water over medium heat.
  2. Boil the Sugar Syrup:

    • Stir the mixture and allow it to boil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the Mixture:

    • Strain the syrup through a sieve lined with muslin cloth to remove any impurities.
  4. Prepare Arrowroot Paste:

    • In a separate bowl, mix arrowroot powder with 1.5 cups of cold water to create a thin paste.
  5. Cook Arrowroot Mixture:

    • Pour the arrowroot paste into a clean saucepan.
    • Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a lump-less lump! 😄
  6. Add Lime Juice:

    • Once the mixture is smooth, add in the lime juice and stir well.
  7. Combine Syrup and Arrowroot:

    • Gradually pour in the prepared sugar syrup into the arrowroot mixture.
    • Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to stick to the base of the pan.
  8. Add Ghee in Portions:
