- In a saucepan, dissolve the caster sugar in 3 cups of water over medium heat.

- Stir the mixture and allow it to boil for about 5 minutes.

- Strain the syrup through a sieve lined with muslin cloth to remove any impurities.

Prepare Arrowroot Paste:
- In a separate bowl, mix arrowroot powder with 1.5 cups of cold water to create a thin paste.

- Pour the arrowroot paste into a clean saucepan.
