Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 20 milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Step Description
1 Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 6-cup ring mold (Bundt or similar).
2 Prepare Biscuits: Remove the biscuits from their packages and separate them.
3 Shape Biscuits: Using your hands, flatten each biscuit into a round of dough, about 2 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter.
4 Add Chocolate: Place a milk chocolate kiss, point side up, in the center of each round of dough.
5 Form Balls: Bring the edges of the dough up and around the kiss to form a ball. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal firmly.
6 Prepare Coating: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and ground cinnamon.
7 Coat Dough Balls: Dip each ball of dough into the melted butter, then roll it in the sugar mixture until coated evenly.
8 Arrange in Mold: Arrange the coated dough balls in the prepared ring mold, forming two layers. Position the balls in the second layer between those in the first layer.
9 Bake: Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the bubble ring is golden brown.
10 Cool: Allow the bubble ring to cool for 1 minute on a wire rack.
11 Serve: Invert the bubble ring onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey goodness of melted chocolate and sweet dough!
