Sweetened condensed milk 250g
All-purpose flour (00) 200g
Butter 80g
Brown sugar 80g
Baking powder 5g
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Fine salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling the pears and cutting them into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Place the pear cubes in a pan, adding a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to infuse the flavor. Sauté for a few minutes, and then turn off the heat, allowing the pears to cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder, then add the salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Incorporate the melted butter, allowing it to slightly cool before mixing, until the batter becomes smooth and homogeneous.
  5. Gently fold in the cooled pear cubes, flavored with cinnamon.
  6. Grease a rectangular baking pan (20×26 cm) and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  7. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (or 160°C for a fan-assisted oven) for about 40 minutes, or 30 minutes if using a fan oven, until the surface is golden and the batter has set.
  8. Once baked, allow the blondies to cool in the pan before turning them out onto a cutting board.
