Ingredients:

3 Eggs (2 whole, 1 yolk)
6 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to blend the dry ingredients.

  3. In a separate large bowl, beat together 1 cup of sugar and softened unsalted butter until light and fluffy.
