Pear and Cinnamon Sauce

Ingredients:

| Pears | 500g | 
| Ground Cinnamon | ½ tsp | 
| Sugar | 100g | 
| White Wine | ½ cup | 
| Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp | 
Instructions:
- Start by washing, peeling, and cutting the pears into quarters. Remove the cores, and chop the pear flesh into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, add the chopped pears, white wine, sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
- Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, pass the mixture through a sieve or blend it with a hand mixer for a smooth consistency.
- Serve this delicious pear and cinnamon sauce as a topping for desserts, pancakes, or even roasted meats.
