Teflon-Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken breast fillets (4 pieces)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by thoroughly cleaning the chicken breast fillets. Squeeze some lemon juice over them to eliminate any unwanted odor and to infuse a hint of citrus.

  2. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, and the juice from the lemon. Season with chicken bouillon powder and black pepper to taste. Add a small amount of water, just enough to create a marinade that will cover the chicken.

  3. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for about 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and infuse into the meat.

  4. Grill the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet (Teflon) over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken breasts into the skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown exterior. Season with additional black pepper, oregano, and parsley as desired.
