Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
