Cocktail Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Ketchup 45g
Tabasco® (or hot sauce) to taste
Brandy 1 tsp
Egg yolk 1
Lemon juice 15g
Sunflower oil 120g
Black pepper to taste
Fine salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the homemade mayonnaise. In the bowl of a blender or food processor, combine the egg yolk, a pinch of fine salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Blend together until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.

  2. Once your mayonnaise is ready, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the mayo, followed by the brandy. Stir until well combined.

  3. To add the final touch of spice, incorporate a few drops of Tabasco® or any hot sauce of your choice. Adjust the quantity based on your desired level of heat.
