Ingredients:

6 Egg yolks
2 cups Heavy cream

1 cup Coconut macaroons, crushed (plus extra for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Syrup:

    • Boil the mixture until it forms a syrup that spins a thread when dropped from the tip of a spoon.
  2. Beat Egg Yolks:

    • Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat and continue to beat until smooth.

    • Fold in 1 cup of crushed coconut macaroons into the cooled egg mixture until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  7. Whip Heavy Cream:
