Cornstarch (corn flour) 20g

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start by preparing your coffee using 30g of ground coffee. Once brewed, set it aside for later use.
  2. Prepare the Chocolate: Finely chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Mix the Milk and Dry Ingredients: In a saucepan, pour the whole milk and add the cornstarch and cocoa powder. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Gradually add the chopped dark chocolate while continuously stirring. Keep stirring until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Incorporate the Coffee: Once the chocolate has melted, pour in the brewed coffee. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the Brandy: Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in the brandy. Stir well to incorporate.
