Pandoro and Coffee Glasses

  1. Prepare the mascarpone and cream mixture: Begin by preparing the mascarpone and cream mixture, which forms the base of your delicious dessert. In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the cold cream, mascarpone cheese, and sifted icing sugar. Using an electric mixer, whisk the mixture until it thickens and forms soft peaks.
