Colorful Tahu Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of small yellow tofu
- 1 egg
- 3 small meatballs (optional)
- 3 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 large red chili pepper
- 1/2 tomato
- 3 stalks of Chinese mustard greens (sawi)
- Seasoning powder
- Granulated sugar
- Ground black pepper
- Cooking oil

Prepare the Ingredients: 
 Begin by preparing all your ingredients. If using meatballs, cut them into small pieces to ensure they cook quickly. Lightly beat the egg and set it aside.
