Step 1: Preparing the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of whole wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir the salt into the flour using your fingers to ensure even distribution.
  2. Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead the mixture to form a soft, pliable dough. Use your palms to knead the dough for about 5 minutes, ensuring that it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Once the dough reaches the desired consistency, add 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil and knead it again to coat the dough, making it soft and non-sticky.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal-sized portions, cover them with a damp cloth, and set them aside to rest while you prepare the filling.

Step 2: Preparing the Filling

  1. In a food processor, combine 2 cups of steamed sweet corn, 2 finely chopped green chillies, and 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves. Pulse until the mixture becomes coarse but not completely pureed.
