This delightful Cranberry Chicken recipe was inspired by a magazine recipe that got lost along the way. After several attempts and tweaks, here’s my take on it. Serve this tender chicken with its flavorful cranberry sauce over rice or noodles for a truly satisfying meal!
Ingredients
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 skinless chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

Prepare the Chicken
- On a flat plate, combine the all-purpose flour and black pepper.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

- In a large skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.
