Description: These cookies are pretty easy to fix, and they are highly addictive. They started out as a gift jar recipe that I’ve adapted to skip the jar part. They have dried cranberries, white chocolate, nuts…what’s not to like!

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter. Then, add the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and oats to the wet ingredients, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
- Fold in the dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a spoon, drop the dough by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, leaving space between each cookie for spreading.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
