Beef Stroganoff Fettuccine Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced champignon mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 100 ml plain UHT milk (Ultra brand recommended)
- 250 ml cooking cream (Elle brand recommended)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 package fettuccine pasta (San Remo brand recommended)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (Anchor brand recommended)
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 200 ml water

Prepare the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and immediately transfer it to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes. Drain again and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced beef. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides. Add the water and reduce the heat to low. Simmer until the beef is tender and the liquid has mostly evaporated.

Add Vegetables: Once the beef is tender and the liquid is reduced, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
